Audrey joined Q5 in 2016 having worked in a variety of roles in the private and public sectors. She has extensive hands-on experience of managing and driving results from stakeholders operating at the highest level and in politically charged environments.
At Q5 has worked with senior leaders from a wide range of different sectors including BA, Bakkavor, British Heart Foundation, De Beers, Department for Transport, HMRC, NATS, Shell and Tideway to name but a few. Audrey is an Executive Coach and uses coaching to support her clients as they lead their people through transformation.
Audrey’s early career was spent at the House of Lords including running Select Committees and as Private Secretary to the Clerk of the Parliaments. She has also worked in-house for an international construction company helping to design and implement a new global strategy.
Audrey has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management and a law degree from the University of Bristol where she held the position of ‘Mistress of the Moot’.
Originally from Northern Ireland Audrey now lives in Kent with her husband and two children. She is involved at her local church, enjoys the outdoors and is an accidental expert on the complete works of Bluey!
