Bethan is a Principal Consultant based in Q5’s Sydney office. Bethan joined Q5 from the hospitality industry where she specialised in HR analytics, workforce planning and labour transformation projects. Career highlights include the development and implementation of a new workforce management model across 800 hotels. Bethan has a dynamic and flexible approach built from a varied career having held roles in HR, Strategy and Operational Finance in FTSE 100 companies. She is a solution focused consultant and particularly enjoys acting as an enabler, helping teams to leverage data to inform their decision-making.
Bethan has a BSc in Geography from Durham University and has completed her Level 7 CIPD. Bethan enjoys travelling and working in different countries, having previously worked in the UK, Canada and Oman. Away from work Bethan can be found enjoying the local national parks, playing tennis, or working on some creative pursuit.
