Cameron has over 20 years of experience in business improvement and transformation programmes, from both an internal operational and consultancy perspective. He has a successful track record of managing complex programmes and projects throughout the full project lifecycle, and is focused on the facilitation of stakeholders to design and implement strategic, organizational and operational change.
His experience spans across a number of sectors including aviation, rail, oil and gas, construction and the public sector. Cameron heads up Q5’s Transport Sector and has worked with BA, easyJet, HS2, Network Rail, Peel Ports, P&O Ferries and numerous airports. His default setting is delivery focussed using honed facilitation skills to work with organisations to collaboratively improve personal, team and company performance. He is a process improvement specialist and uses data and compelling storytelling to drive decision making.
A lifelong learner, Cameron holds a BSc in Human Geography, an MSc in Operational Research, an MBA Distinction from Strathclyde University and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.
When not moonlighting as a taxi driver for his twin daughters, he likes to escape into the mountains of Scotland and fight the inevitable aging process as a marathon running tourist raising awareness for Parkinson’s UK.
