Charlie is a principal consultant and our global healthcare practice lead.
Charlie has extensive experience across the healthcare system, having worked closely with providers, integrated care systems, national bodies and government.
Most of Charlie’s work involves supporting healthcare executives to effectively design and deliver complex change at pace. He is driven by aligning leaders around ideas and moving them into action, which ultimately leads to improved patient care and staff experience.
Charlie is passionate about helping clients to deliver brilliantly, whilst developing a lasting internal capability which can continue to deliver long term. As a result, he has worked on innovative programmes which aim to develop the next generation of leaders in healthcare.
Charlie’s recent clients include NHS England, Alfred Health, South East London Integrated Care System, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board and Genomics England.
Having worked across England, Wales, Australia and the Middle East, Charlie has found that we can provide huge value to our clients by connecting different health systems around the world, and helping them to learn from one another.
