Chloe is a Principal Consultant at Q5 driven by a passion to create working environments that allow people to thrive. She enjoys tackling complex issues with particular focus on communication, organisational & leadership development, culture and change management, and employee engagement.  

She has over 10 years’ experience in the leadership development space. As a Leadership & Development Manager within the NHS, Chloe delivered a range of team and leadership interventions to the 10,000 strong workforce in the Trust. She was instrumental in supporting employees across the organisation during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping teams to navigate change and function effectively.  

Chloe holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from City University and draws on a range of skills and experience to allow others to reach their potential. This includes coaching, Hogan 360 report facilitation, team development and mindfulness practice. 

She has had the opportunity to work across a range of industries including healthcare, infrastructure, technology and FMCG
