Bringing years of experience from the education sector, Chloe worked as a secondary school teacher in her previous career and also holds a coaching qualification. She is someone who prides herself on building strong working relationships with those around her.
With a strong understanding of Q5 OD methodology, Chloe has experience in documenting the OD process and in facilitating client workshops and meetings. With a History degree from the University of Cambridge, she brings an analytical mindset, a passion for research and an eye for detail. She has most recently worked with clients in the retail sector.
