Chloe Shepherd

Chloe is always positive and engaging by nature, with particularly strong interpersonal and communication skills. She has a passion to help solve clients’ most complex organisational health challenges and drive impactful improvements within companies.

During her time at Q5, she has developed her skillset across Organisational Design and Transformation projects, most recently working on the detailed design of a Commercial Function for Jaguar Land Rover. Other previous clients include Central Nic, Shell & Kingfisher.

Prior to Q5, she has had a variety of experience; working as a Supply Chain Associate for an e-commerce grocery start-up, a Brand Ambassador for a Marketing Agency, and did a stint as a Strategy Consultant on a project for an overseas Charity whilst at university.

With a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol, she has always had a keen interest in businesses and has a brilliant ability to think critically, bringing a data-centric and systematic approach to her projects.
