Claire is DIrector of Purpose & Sustainability at Q5 and leads our research and thinking on the future of organisations. Claire has over 20 years experience in consulting and senior HR roles and for much of her career at Q5 has been part of the leadership of our Organisation Development & Change practice.
More recently Claire has taken on responsibility for our work with clients on Purpose & Sustainability, helping them put purpose at the core of their organisation and optimising the positive impact they can have on people & planet.
Claire also holds leadership responsibility for our Q5 Foundation and our social impact strategy supporting our charity partnerships and Pop Up Advisory which provides pro bono support for charities and non-for-profit organisations on their organisational challenges.
