Dani is Q5’s HR Manager and works across all generalist HR matters (from onboarding to secondments, and policies to employee relations). She focuses on UK HR and also looks after our US offices.
Dani has previously worked across financial services and legal firms, in Generalist and Graduate Recruitment/Development roles. She has a degree in Law from the University of Surrey and is a Chartered member of the CIPD.
Dani has specialist experience in managing junior talent and is passionate about the D&I agenda – notably mental health & wellbeing, the disability agenda, and supporting expectant and new parents.
Dani is passionate about community initiatives and founded her own back in 2020 – this has provided a social network and much needed educational support, to thousands of parents across South-West London, through connecting local businesses to local parents.
