David is a seasoned professional with a background in management consulting and a passion for social impact. Joining Q5 in June 2023 as a Senior Consultant based in the London office, he brings a wealth of experience from his previous role as a management consultant in the financial services industry. As a Senior Consultant, David leads workstreams and works with clients to help their organisations become more effective and realise their true potential.
Prior to joining Q5, David worked closely with senior stakeholders at a Global Tier 1 Investment Bank on a Learning & Development (L&D) Strategy project. He played a pivotal role in the Design Thinking process contributing to the establishment of a comprehensive strategy roadmap. This roadmap outlined both quick wins and long-term solutions for re-imagining the L&D operating model within KYC Operations.
In addition to his consulting background, David is deeply committed to creating a positive social impact and actively contributing to the community. He is a Teach First Ambassador and prior to consulting he served as the Head of Sixth Form at an academy in London. This experience fuels his passion for social mobility and the future of the next generation. As a Governor of a local academy near the London office, he actively contributes to shaping educational opportunities for young individuals.
Outside of work, David is an avid musician and has been playing the bass guitar for 15 years. If David isn’t busy playing music, then you can find him watching Arteta’s Arsenal or the Boston Celtics.
