Denise is the Business Development lead at Q5 and brings more than 20 years’ experience of delivering change management and business readiness programmes. Denise began her career at Accenture where she spent a decade working on large scale change programmes. Denise became an independent consultant specialising in the people change aspects of client projects. Denise is passionate about building robust change legacy in client organisations ensuring that they have the capability to deliver successful projects both now and in the future.
During her career she has enjoyed working with organisations such as The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), Threadneedle Asset Management, The Prudential, Aegon, Aon and Barclaycard. Denise joined Q5 in 2018.
A natural ‘people person’, Denise’s curiosity about the impact on change on individuals led her to train as a Gestalt counsellor. Denise commits part of her working week to supporting individuals with their personal change.
Denise lives in South West London with her husband, twin girls and Chewie the dog. Limited capability does not get in the way of enthusiastic engagement in lots of different sporting challenges including wakeboarding, snowboarding and duathlons. You’ll find her at the local park run every Saturday morning.
