Emily has a broad range of experience supporting businesses through change, both from within as an operational leader and in consulting roles. Before joining Q5 in 2016, Emily began her career in Organisation Development & Design at Cancer Research UK. Emily was recently Head of Operations at a national business where she led the front-line team and was accountable for pricing, product, and client service from strategy to execution, before returning to Q5 in 2023.
Her expertise includes organisation design, leadership & team development, organisational culture change, employee engagement initiatives and implementation of global ways of working. Having been in house and worked with consultants, Emily is passionate about ensuring how we work with clients translates complex issues into clear meaning and practical action people can understand and drive forward. Emily is known for being highly collaborative and enjoys building strong and enduring client relationships.
Emily holds a first-class degree in Psychology (BSc) from The University of Leeds. Emily spends most of her time outside of work being reminded by her daughter who’s in charge and fitting in triathlon training whenever possible. Emily loves to travel and dreams of running a water sports business on the beach somewhere warm!
