Heather has over 10 years’ experience leading people consulting programmes across transformation, transactions (M&A, divestments, IPOs) and organisational restructuring in financial services and regulated environments.
She has a proven track record leading teams to deliver transformational operating model change, including technology-led and cost/growth-driven transformation. Heather has worked with Banking, Asset Management and Insurance (general + specialty) organisations, as well as in the technology, retail and pharma sectors.
Prior to Q5, Heather worked in Big4 consulting and in M&A for a software company. She has an MCIPD qualification and combines depth and breadth of experience across People and Change, with commerciality and business acumen.
Outside the workplace, Heather is a keen walker and often spends her weekends lost in the Scottish hills.
