Jack joined Q5 in April 2023 as a Senior Consultant following five years in the UK Civil Service. He spent three years with the Department of Health and Social Care, working closely with Secretary of State, Ministers, the NHS and Industry to develop a national strategy for Diagnostics, bolster supply chain resilience for critical medical products, and deliver a major international freight and logistics procurement during the height of the UK’s COVID-19 response.
Prior to DHSC, Jack completed the Civil Service Fast Stream and held various Commercial, Policy and Strategy roles in the Home Office, Department for Work and Pensions, and Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs. He has also completed an MCIPS qualification.
Jack is experienced in senior stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, operational execution, programme management and delivery.
He has a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Birmingham, with a year studying abroad in Canada. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors, learning Spanish and going to live music events.
