James is an inquisitive and conscientious Senior Consultant with a keen interest in talent & performance management. His communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit enable him to excel in driving positive change. He enjoys working collaboratively in dynamic teams and employing a considered approach to problem solving.
James is experienced in designing, developing and delivering leadership development programmes, talent management strategies and on organisational design projects. Previous clients include BP, HSBC, IPSA, NHS Digital and BAT. He also spearheads our internal induction and training sessions both for Q5 and with our European sister firms across the Transformation Alliance.
James holds a History degree from the University of Bristol. He enjoys keeping fit, loves his cricket, is an average footballer and a keen West Ham fan.
