James is a Principal Consultant who brings over 10 years of industry experience when working with clients. Since joining Q5 in 2018, he has worked primarily on organisation design projects for technology, data, and digital functions across a variety of businesses including BT, Danone, and Shell. He has also led organisational effectiveness projects for Jaguar Land Rover, The Crown Estate, and Greencore.
Before joining Q5, James was Director of Operations at a publishing house, where he delivered cost-saving initiatives, software implementations and supply-chain improvements, as well as leading a large team producing, printing, and distributing over 500 new publications a year.
James recently finished his MA in Philosophy, and is most likely to be found running, swimming, or cycling.
