Jamie joined Q5’s London Office in October 2023. His consulting experience ranges across the private, public, and not for profit sectors, where he brings a passion for improving user-experience, customer research and strategic thinking.
Since joining Q5, Jamie has worked primarily in the retail and infrastructure sectors, undertaking both organisation design projects and customer experience discoveries. Prior to this, Jamie spent 2 years at another boutique consultancy, where he worked across technology transformations and public-sector business cases. He was also co-lead of the firms’ user-research offering.
Jamie graduated from the University of St Andrews in 2020 with a degree in International Relations and Management, before staying on to gain a Masters in International Business in order to sharpen his commercial acumen. Outside of work, Jamie is an avid fan and player of cricket and rugby, and enjoys travelling back to his native Scotland for a round of golf.
