Jay thrives in the workplace by building strong rapport with his clients with his positive and energetic personality and is enjoys using confident and assertive communication skills to facilitate workshops and training programs. During his time in Consulting, Jay has worked with individuals across all levels of the business and is comfortable engaging and challenging client leaders to best deliver success.
Outside of the workplace, Jay is a keen sportsman and chef and has appeared on BBC’s MasterChef UK in 2019.
