Jen is a Partner at Q5 and also leads our global Infrastructure practice. She joined Q5 in 2015 from the global energy group EDF, where she’d led transformation programmes in digital, performance improvement, brand and business development and built new enduring teams and governance in sustainability. Her early career was in policy advice for government and strategy development and implementation for NGOs.
Jen enjoys bringing her experience of organisation development and change to leaders and organisations needing to (re)clarify their goals and priorities and establish the structures, governance, engagement and behaviour required to bring those goals to life in a practical, sustainable way. She has expertise in facilitating and coaching teams across Europe, North America, the Middle and Far East, to accelerate and embed change.
Jen has two sons who take up most of her spare time and energy. In a parallel life she would have liked to be an interior designer but instead fritters time and money on that as a hobby.
