Jim is an Associate Partner at Q5, and leads our UK offices. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has worked across a number of industry sectors from retail, through construction to the media , entertainment and sports sector where he has worked with many global organisations.
Jim is an organisation design expert who works with organisations to tackle their challenges as they take strategy ‘off the page’ and develop operational plans: ranging from scaling up recruitment in fast-growth gaming companies to establishing new ways of working across UK motorway services. Jim has worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes in his time at Q5, building strong and close client relationships across these businesses.
Before joining Q5, Jim worked in senior management roles at the BBC working in Factual programmes and delivering Corporation-wide change programmes.
Jim spends any spare time listening to music (an obsession) or walking the hills and valleys of the Lake District.
