Joe is a dedicated, passionate, and personable consultant, with UK, Europe and Middle East experience – based out of Riyadh, KSA.
In his most recent role, Joe spent 5 months heading up a cross-functional change management taskforce within a large international energy company, based out of Saudi Arabia. Joe successfully led the team in methodologically implementing a new operating model, at pace, for all corporate functions. The project was shortlisted for CIPD Middle East Change Initiative of the Year 2025.
Joe has also recently assisted several clients in recognizing the benefits of new enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. He played a key role in supporting various organisational redesigns and transformations connected to S4/HANA implementation and the corresponding design and implementation of operational and strategic workforce planning solutions.
Prior, Joe supported the Oman National Employment Taskforce in developing value chains for multiple Vision 2040 priority sectors, identifying employment and investment opportunities.
During his time at Q5, Joe also has experience in delivering projects across a variety of sectors including logistics/distribution, public sector, health, tech, retail, media and FMCG.
Joe graduated from the University of Leeds in 2021 where he achieved a 1st Class Honors Degree in Environment and Business – his final thesis focused on “The impact of COVID-19 on sustainable supply chains”.
