Johanna is a Senior Consultant at Q5, focusing on organisational and leadership development, workplace well-being and cultural change that enables organisations to achieve their strategic ambitions.
Johanna is passionate about gaining insight into people and organisational cultures, creating sustainable change where individuals can thrive and perform well, and promoting psychological safety and inclusive workplaces.
Prior to joining Q5, Johanna worked in a variety of roles, including business psychology, performance consulting and instructional design across a wide range of industries. Today, Johanna combines these experiences and takes a creative approach to solve her clients’ health challenges to enable their people to thrive in the workplace.
Johanna holds an MSc in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London, as well as a Certificate of Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics, a Certificate of Performance Coaching and a Certificate of Organisation Design and Development. Originally from Germany, she is fluent in German and English.
Outside of work, Johanna enjoys yoga and running, as well as reading and travelling to sunny destinations.
