Karim Khaldi

Karim is a friendly and confident consultant who enjoys gaining an in-depth understanding of both the organisation and the individuals that make it up, in order to deliver impactful results.

From his First-Class honours he earned in Anthropology at UCL, Karim gained an interest in the holistic understandings of people, organisations and the challenges they may face. Awarded a First for his thesis exploring social media infrastructures and the interlaced marketing opportunities that have been so successful during the recent wave of cryptocurrency investment, Karim networked, built relationships and interviewed some of the industry’s most prominent figures.

Karim has worked with the Telegraph on redesigning end-to-end workflows in line with their strategy update and Gain Theory, a data analytics consultancy, where he contributed to the organisation design work through Q5’s MetroMap. Most recently, he has been working alongside AQA, England’s largest examination board, to deliver new workflows.
