Kirsty is a passionate Principal Consultant based in the London office, whose strengths lie in her strong communication and stakeholder management skills and her ability to get under the skin of an organisation and deliver sustainable results.
Over the last 10+, Kirsty has had experience both working as a consultant internationally and running a business. She ran a mining business in Indonesia before moving into consultancy, where she has worked in Singapore, Shanghai, London and Sweden. Her ability to adapt to different cultures with ease has given her a strong grounding to immerse herself into solving client’s issues across the globe.
Since joining Q5 in 2016, Kirsty has worked on complex organisational design projects in both the public and private and has great experience working with blue-chip clients in the Telco, Automobile, Retail and Financial Services industries.
Kirsty graduated from The University of Aberdeen with an MA (hons) in Business Management. Outside of work Kirsty enjoys travelling and running; she often combines the two to explore new cultures and societies at the same time.
