Lydia is a Principal Consultant at Q5 and is based in our Leeds office. She specialises in Organisational Health and enjoys working with clients to tackle their strategic challenges and help increase business performance. Throughout her career, she has worked across various industries including infrastructure, the public sector and technology.
Lydia has worked on organisation design and change projects for many organisations and, more recently, played a leading role in supporting the NHS throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. Lydia has a BSc in Mathematics from Loughborough University and is PRINCE2 qualified.
Lydia lives in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside where she can often be found walking in the dales with her family, discovering new coffee shops and playing as much netball as she can.
