Lyndal is the Managing Director of Q5’s Australian business, with a view out to APAC. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic change, transformation and leadership development in ASX100, complex public sector agencies and global conglomerates.
Lyndal’s approach spans strategy, human-centred design and psychology. Prior to joining Q5, Lyndal founded a consultancy, Treacle Consulting, dedicated to embedding change. This grew from a corporate need to plan and implement change in new ways. In addition to this, Lyndal has held positions as the Head of Culture and Change across the Woolworths Food Group, and Accenture Executive based in London.
Making change stick has become a catch cry for Lyndal where she specialises in delivering measurable differences in workplace behaviours, well-being, and leadership impact across a range of sectors, and countries. Lyndal is a sought-after executive team facilitator and coach. Lyndal holds a Masters of Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, and a Masters of Organisational Psychology from the Manchester School of Management (UMIST). She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the APS Coaching Group and a founder member of the BPS Coaching Psychology group.
