Mel joined Q5 at the end of 2021 as the HR Lead in Australia. With a Master of Business and over 15 years’ experience focusing on Business Partnering, Mel has gained a breadth of experience across the medical devices, professional services, retail and aged care industries in Australia, New Zealand and the UK.
Mel has worked with companies like Medtronic and Arup and has partnered though complex change flexing her ability to balance the needs of the individual and business. She enjoys collaborating, relationship building and being part of a close-knit team.
Mel lives in Sydney with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys skiing and snowboarding with the family, food and spending time at the beach.
