She has been involved in Organisational Health projects across a variety of sectors, including Insurance, Media and Transportation. Millie also plays an active role in the Young Transformation Alliance (YTA), and loves the opportunity that this group, and the wider Transformation Alliance brings to learn and connect with a community of consultants across Europe.
