Nalin is a member of Q5’s leadership team in Australia and supports our clients navigate complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges. With diverse international experience advising organisations in energy & utilities, mining, infrastructure, financial services and the public sector, he works with senior leaders to shape strategy, design effective organisations, and unlock long-term enterprise value. Nalin has led large-scale strategy, operating model, cost-out, and transformation initiatives, helping businesses balance competing priorities and build practical solutions that drive long-term impact.
Nalin started his career in the Big 4 in New Zealand & Australia, helping clients navigate tax regulations and structure acquisitions, divestitures and cross-border transactions. After an MBA in Spain, he moved to London where he worked in progressive leadership roles for over a decade, both in-house and in consulting, including supporting Q5’s clients locally as well as in Europe and the Middle East. Nalin’s recent relocation to Sydney will see him leading key client engagements in the ANZ region and overseeing Q5’s internal operational processes.
After 10+ years in London, Nalin looks forward to taking advantage of outdoor spaces and activities with an active toddler as his family transitions to a new life in Sydney.
