She works closely with leadership teams to design and implement practical solutions that improve ways of working, support growth, and set organisations up for long-term success.
Natalie has led large-scale operating model and organisation design projects across a range of industries, including infrastructure, retail, and high-growth businesses. She focuses on making organisation design clear and actionable, from shaping design principles to working through the realities of implementation. Recent work includes redesigning the operating model of a major infrastructure company and helping a global retailer structure for new market expansion.
She started her career in retail before joining Q5, working in project management, HR, and store operations. She has lived and worked in China, holds a degree in Chinese from the University of Oxford, and continues the ongoing battle to keep her Mandarin just about passable.
Natalie was part of the Q5 team that established the award-winning Q5 Pop Up Consulting in 2020 and also manages Q5’s relationship with 180 Degrees Consulting. She is passionate about broadening access to consulting and making organisation design practical, helping leaders make confident decisions, and ensuring people at all levels understand what’s changing and why.
Originally from the North-West of England, Natalie is now based in Sydney, having previously split her time between Q5’s London and Leeds offices. She’s enjoying the chance to work with businesses in Australia’s dynamic market and get to know the local landscape.
