Natalie is a specialist in organisation design and effectiveness, focusing on taking the time to understand the unique circumstances of each organisation and working closely with teams to deliver a tailored solution. She is a qualified Scrum Master, experienced facilitator and a team coach.
Natalie has led projects encompassing operating model design and implementation, cultural diagnostics, change management and process redesign. She has experience in both the public and private sector, most recently working on enterprise operating model design within a large infrastructure organisation and organisation design for new markets within a global retailer.
Having started her career in Retail before joining Q5 in 2015, Natalie spent time in project management, HR and store management roles, as well as living and working in China. She holds a degree in Chinese from the University of Oxford and continues her battle to become fluent in Mandarin – she expects this battle to last a lifetime.
Natalie was part of the Q5 team who established the award-winning Q5 Pop Up Consulting in 2020 and also manages Q5’s relationship with 180Degrees Consulting. She’s inspired most by the people who took the time to mentor and coach her throughout the early part of her own career and is passionate about broadening access to consulting.
Originally from the North-West of England, Natalie splits her time between the London and Leeds offices, enjoying trips home to spend time with family and trying out new recipes.
