Nick has experience in data and digitalization strategy design as well as complex asset management, settlements and regulatory implementations across a varied technology stack across the Energy Sector.
Nick has a proven track record of leading and facilitating Design Thinking sessions driven by a user-centric approach to problem solving. He has worked primarily in the Energy Sector, with system operators, transmission and distribution clients, gas utilities and water utilities.
Nick has an undergraduate degree in Business Management and has completed courses in Design Thinking, Scrum Master certification and AWS. Nick has also been awarded a Gold Award for Energy & Utilities industry.
Nick is passionate about driving organizational growth and transformation through innovative approaches to workshops, harnessing the user’s voices and experiences to ensure deliverables are useful from day dot.
