Oshan joined Q5 as a Consultant in 2023 having spent over a year working in finance, specialising in corporate hedging strategy.
Oshan brings an enthusiastic and people centric approach to his projects, using his experience with stakeholders to communicate effectively and bring clients on a journey to find solutions to their problems.
Prior to Q5, Oshan worked across multiple industries including retail, automotive and consumer goods and particularly enjoyed using his skills to help devise new strategies for clients’ problems. At Q5 he has worked in the Media, Finance and Public sectors including helping to develop an operating model for a multi-decade long infrastructure project.
Oshan holds a BA (hons) degree in History from the University of Nottingham and outside of work you will catch him at comedy and music concerts or on the badminton court.
