Pete Devine

Director   Global Leadership   UK

Pete Devine

The collaboration, trust and teamwork required to design and implement lasting organisational change gives Pete a lot of energy!  His main area of interest is working with clients to successfully achieve the planned benefits of significant change and establish effective foundations for their future.  This passion has developed throughout twenty years consulting experience across a wide range of industries, functions and geographies.

A recent example was to foster the collaboration between Supply Chain and Treasury functions within a global pharmaceutical company that significantly reduced the foreign exchange costs driven through intercompany trade and also reduced volatility within supply planning.

Having started his career in the UK, Pete was based in southern California for 5 years before returning to be closer to family.  The decision to return is questioned every time he reaches for an umbrella in London!  Outside work, Pete is an enthusiastic cyclist.  He and his wife live in Surrey (UK) and enjoy country walks to pub lunches!
