Sam joined Q5 in August of 2020, having completed one of the firms first virtual internships earlier in the summer. He was worked on a variety of projects since, in sectors such as retail, energy and healthcare. He enjoys finding creative solutions that are grounded in comprehensive understanding of quantitative and qualitative data to meet client ambitions and challenges. Sam has worked on projects with clients such as Selfridges, National Grid and the NHS.
Before joining Q5, Sam worked in M&A advisory, advising on transactions in the Natural Resources sector. More recently, he spent a summer travelling around South America and working on a bar in a ski resort in France.
Sam is a keen sports fan, playing for Nottsborough FC on Saturdays and avidly following Leeds United. He also finds time to go running whenever he can, and has recently taken up yoga in an attempt to repair the damage one does to oneself whilst out pounding pavements. Having studied Economics at the University of Bath, he is also interested in financial markets and entrepreneurship.
