After her time as a Research Analyst in summer 2020, Shauna joined the Q5 team as a Consultant in November 2021. Since joining the team, Shauna has worked across various sectors including Retail, Aviation, and Infrastructure. She has been involved in a broad range of projects focussing on Purpose, Strategy, culture and change management.
Shauna recently gained her MSc in International Relations from the University of Glasgow with Merit and holds a 2:1 from the University of Bath in Modern Languages and International Politics. During her time at University, Shauna became fluent in both Spanish and Italian after spending a year working and living in Barcelona, Padova, and Sicily. Outside of work, Shauna enjoys playing the guitar, singing, and taking her Portuguese Water Dog, Ralph, on long walks in the countryside!
