Sophie is a Q5 Consultant who joined the firm in June 2021, having previously worked in business development consulting and later as a business analyst in an EdTech start-up. Since joining Q5, she has worked on a variety of projects, gaining experience in organisational design and development, project management and delivery models. Previous clients include RWM, Airbus, and British American Tobacco.
Sophie holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London and a PGCert with distinction in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. Sophie combines an analytical and collaborative approach to build meaningful relationships with her clients to solve complex problems and deliver sustainable value.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys defying gravity by learning aerial hoop (and any other forms of aerial acrobatics), following Formula 1 and dog walks with her recall-resistant chocolate Labrador.
