Prior to Q5, Stewart was a lawyer working in both private practice and in-house for investment banks for 18 years, latterly as MD, Legal Counsel at Barclays Investment Bank. Stewart draws upon this experience of complex regulated organisations within the legal and financial services industry and his track record of leading high-performing teams and driving change programmes to help bring out the best of his consulting and coaching clients.
