Summer joined Q5 in March 2021, and as HR Adviser is responsible for supporting our employees from managing onboarding, employee benefits and systems to advising employees on HR matters. Summer has a passion for employee mental health & wellbeing and leads our internal Q5 Wellbeing Programme.
Before joining Q5, Summer has worked in HR for 3+ years in Financial Technology and Asset Management sectors. Summer holds a 2:1 BSC Psychology degree from the University of Roehampton and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
In her spare time Summer enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two dogs Riley and Charlie, reading dystopian novels and watching Anime or Marvel films.
