Associate Partner   Global Leadership   UK

Tom Amos

Tom works across Major Infrastructure and Public Sector clients and is the Defence Lead for Q5. He has extensive consulting experience and combines critical thinking with a pragmatic and empathetic style in leading the successful delivery of tailored organisational transformation and change programmes.

After starting off his career working in media (including a stint in Hong Kong), Tom eventually went on to work for Accenture in the UK (largely in Healthcare) and then ran a small boutique consultancy focused on the public and social sectors, before joining Q5.

A big Rugby fan and mediocre Tennis player, outside of work Tom is busy with teenage children and a rescue dog (courtesy of lockdown).
