Tom Owen 

Tom is a Senior Consultant at Q5 having joined the London office in October 2021. He graduated from Newcastle University in 2018 with First-Class Honours in Economics and Business Management.

 

During his career at Q5, Tom has spent most of his time working with clients in the Public sector on major capital projects and the Finance industry. His most recent work has been within the NHS on the New Hospital Program, focusing on Organisational Design and Governance best practice, and how scheme teams can leverage this to improve their organisational readiness and maturity when building hospitals across the UK.

 

Previously, Tom worked at the Home Office where he supported the build and development of the Target Operating Model for the Radiological and Nuclear Security Portfolio, with a specific focus on Organisational Development and Culture and how to build high performing teams.

 

Outside of work, Tom enjoys keeping up to date with everything within the sports world. He likes to spend his free time travelling to new places, experiencing different cultures, playing his guitar, and being with friends.
