Vhea joined Q5 as a consultant in January 2023, having completed the research analyst program in 2021.
Vhea’s most recent work includes the Organisation Design of a centralised Transformation team within a major UK retailer, aligning them to their future ambitions. Vhea has also conducted a whole organisation Culture Diagnostic for one of the UK’s largest train operating companies, helping them shape a 2–5-year future culture blueprint. Other recent work includes Organisation Design and strategy activation projects within the not-for-profit sector, including with the Wellcome Collection, where she had a strong focus on ensuring the client’s commitment to Access, Diversity & Inclusion.
Prior to joining Q5, Vhea attended the University of Nottingham where she gained a bachelor of science degree in Economics. During her time there, Vhea led four projects as a consulting director for 180 Degrees Consulting, a student-led consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises.
