Prior to Q5, Will spent the previous two years as a Geography teacher as part of the Teach First Graduate scheme. Through this programme, he developed a passion for coaching others to achieve their goals. The diverse nature of school life has equipped Will to quickly build effective relationships with a wide array of stakeholders.
Will studied Geography at the University of Exeter, with a keen interest in sustainability. He has continued to develop this discipline, completing a diploma in Sustainable Finance from Cambridge University Institute for Sustainable Leadership. He is eager to share this knowledge to support clients.
Will is a keen sportsman enjoying both watching and playing a wide variety of sports. He is often found cycling, skiing and playing hockey or supporting Brighton play football and watching Wales play rugby.
